Underage Gambling Warning: If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be permanently closed, all Bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings generated will be forfeited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the lack33 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. lack33 does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN software or similar tools do so in direct violation of these terms and accept full personal liability for any consequences arising from such use.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are acting under any court-imposed financial restriction, guardianship, or similar legal order that limits your ability to enter into financial agreements, you are not eligible to use the lack33 platform.
To access the full range of lack33 services you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point during your use of the platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the lack33 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. lack33 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended pending investigation, Bonus credits will be voided, and winnings generated across duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. lack33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify lack33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
lack33 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. lack33 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access and, ultimately, Account closure.
lack33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lack33 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. lack33 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. Third-party transaction charges imposed by payment providers are outside the Company's control and are the responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawal requests are processed by lack33 within 24 hours of submission, provided that KYC verification is complete and the withdrawal does not trigger any additional compliance review. Funds are transferred to the Player's verified payment method. lack33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or incomplete KYC documentation.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as applicable daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits, are displayed within the Player's Account cashier section. These limits may be adjusted by lack33 from time to time and may vary by payment method.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives issued by lack33 are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's individual terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Players may elect to forfeit an active bonus from within their Account settings. Once forfeited, bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be permanently removed from the Account Balance. This action is irreversible.
Each casino game, live dealer table, and sports betting market available on the lack33 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. These individual game rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on all Players.
In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the result recorded on lack33's server logs, the server log result shall be definitive. Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnection events — void all affected Wagers, and the stake is returned to the Player's Balance. lack33's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described below.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lack33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. lack33's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lack33 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and internet connections are secure and suitable for accessing the platform.

lack33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC; repeated abuse of promotional offers; or where continued operation of the Account would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed by lack33 due to a verified breach, any Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
If you wish to raise a formal dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the lack33 platform or a decision made in respect of your Account, you should contact [email protected] with full written details of the matter. lack33 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to reach a final resolution within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction internally, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the lack33 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lack33 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
lack33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, lack33 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address on their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the lack33 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lack33's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through lack33's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by the applicable regulatory framework under which lack33 operates.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
